You have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and the challenges faced by SMB to Mid-Market shippers. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on your goals.
What you'll do
As the Sales Manager at Loadsmart, you will lead a team of 6+ sales representatives, guiding them in their efforts to grow market share among SMB to Mid-Market shippers. You will collaborate closely with other Account Sales managers to develop strategies that drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and providing coaching and support to your team members.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with Loadsmart's overall business objectives. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes. You will also work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
