You have a strong background in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes across various departments. Your experience includes sourcing, attracting, and closing top talent, particularly in the technology sector. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Your familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby, allows you to efficiently track candidates and streamline the hiring process. You are passionate about fostering a positive candidate experience and creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace. Experience with healthcare hiring is a significant plus, as it aligns with Luminai's mission to improve efficiency in the healthcare sector.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you will be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to automate complex workflows using AI. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
