What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to closing — you will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of the Software Engineering team. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create engaging job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

You will actively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and industry events, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings — your goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that enhances the candidate experience.

You will also conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit — your insights will help the team make informed hiring decisions that align with the company's values and objectives.
