What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for one or more of Skydio's core engineering functions, including Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Hardware Operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong employer brand that reflects Skydio's mission and values. By leveraging your network and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, you will create a diverse talent pool that aligns with the company's goals.
