Who you are

You have 1+ years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional support. You possess a friendly and enthusiastic personality, which helps you connect with the Lyft community effectively. Your ability to remain calm in challenging situations showcases your strong sense of empathy and problem-solving skills. You are dependable and punctual, with excellent time management abilities that allow you to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Your strong writing skills and attention to detail ensure that all communications are clear and professional. You are comfortable using web-based user support applications and can quickly learn new systems as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create personalized and positive experiences for Lyft drivers by providing timely support through chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot user problems with the Lyft app, ensuring that drivers receive the assistance they need to navigate challenges effectively. Documenting all support contacts in a CRM system will be a key responsibility, allowing for accurate tracking of interactions and issues. You will also make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users, acting as a community advocate for Lyft. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to continuously improve the support experience for drivers.
