Who you are

You have 1+ years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong ability to connect with people and provide exceptional support. You are calm in the face of challenges and possess a caring and compassionate demeanor, which allows you to empathize with drivers in difficult situations. Your strong writing skills and attention to detail enable you to document support interactions effectively in a CRM system. You are dependable and punctual, showcasing excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

You thrive on creating personalized and positive experiences for the Lyft community, going above and beyond to advocate for drivers. Your advanced problem-solving skills allow you to think creatively when troubleshooting user problems with the Lyft app. You are comfortable learning new web-based user support applications quickly, adapting to changes and uncertainties in the work environment. You understand the importance of being a community advocate for Lyft, making recommendations based on user feedback and feature requests.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide friendly and timely support to Lyft drivers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless experience for drivers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will troubleshoot user problems with the Lyft app, documenting all support contacts in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.

You will also make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users, acting as a liaison between the drivers and the Lyft team. Your ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations will be crucial as you advocate for the Lyft community. You will engage with drivers to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience with the Lyft platform.
