Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing technical roles such as data science, data analytics, product management, and design/UXR. You bring a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a fun and inclusive work environment. Your critical thinking skills enable you to develop innovative sourcing strategies that attract diverse talent pools. You are comfortable working closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders.
You understand the importance of building and nurturing a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management. You prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on establishing strong communication channels for updates and candidate success. Your experience with talent systems, including ATS and sourcing tools, ensures data integrity and effective tracking of candidate progress.
What you'll do
As a Technical Sourcer at Lyft, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent pools. You will partner with internal stakeholders to create proactive pipelines with passive candidates, ensuring a broad representation of candidates across various backgrounds and experiences. Your role will involve sourcing passive candidates through networking and research, while closely tracking and monitoring candidate success rates.
You will develop and report on a sourcing strategy with clear deliverables and timelines, grounded in thorough market research. Your ability to communicate effectively with internal teams will be critical in creating a seamless sourcing partnership. You will also ensure data integrity within all talent systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.
What we offer
Lyft offers a competitive base pay range for this position in the Nashville area, between $59,040 and $73,800, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
