What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards, while also leveraging your technical knowledge to assess candidates' skills accurately. You will manage the interview process, providing feedback and guidance to both candidates and hiring teams to ensure alignment and a positive experience.
