What you'll do

In this role, you will focus exclusively on sourcing outstanding technical talent for Metabase. You will engage with candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Your goal is to build a robust pipeline of candidates who are not only qualified but also align with the company's values and culture. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies that yield results.

You will be supported by a well-developed recruiting operation and experienced hiring partners, allowing you to focus on the craft of sourcing rather than administrative tasks. You will have the autonomy to make decisions about your sourcing strategies and will be expected to deliver high-quality candidates who can make a significant impact on the organization. Your role will begin as a contract position, with the potential to transition to full-time based on your results and impact.
