You have a strong background in technical presales, with at least 5 years of experience engaging with clients and demonstrating complex technical solutions. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously without losing focus on the details. You possess excellent presentation skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with both technical and executive-level audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the value of the solutions you present.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Your ability to translate technical concepts into business value is a key strength, and you are comfortable navigating discussions with diverse audiences. You are passionate about supply chain technologies and understand the challenges enterprises face in leveraging AI at scale.
Desirable
Experience in supply chain management or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Lyric's AI platform can optimize their supply chain operations. You will conduct presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of the platform and addressing any technical questions that arise. Collaborating with the sales team, you will help develop strategies to win new business and expand existing accounts.
You will also work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and addressed in the solutions provided. Your project management skills will be essential as you coordinate efforts across teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and supply chain technologies, ensuring that you can provide informed insights to clients.
