Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong technical background with experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles, ideally within the supply chain or AI sectors. You are skilled at using tools like SQL, Python, Excel, and BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze data and create compelling presentations. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently allows you to build prototypes and iterate quickly, ensuring that you can meet client needs effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present polished and engaging solution demos to both technical and business audiences. Your educational background includes a degree from a top engineering school (IITs, NITs) or a business school (IIMs), which has equipped you with the analytical and strategic thinking skills necessary for this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the mission to transform supply chain management through innovative AI solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical pre-sales process for Lyric's AI platform. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in SQL and Python will be crucial as you analyze data and create prototypes that demonstrate the capabilities of our platform. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development.
You will conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing how Lyric's platform can optimize their supply chain operations. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be key to building trust and rapport with clients.
