You possess excellent project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Your background includes a strong understanding of supply chain management technologies and the challenges enterprises face in leveraging AI at scale — you are passionate about helping organizations optimize their supply chains through innovative solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive customer success.
Desirable
Experience in a startup environment or with enterprise-level clients is a plus — you understand the nuances of working with large organizations and can navigate their unique challenges effectively. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in supply chain management will give you an edge in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior / Principal Technical Presales Specialist at Lyric, you will be responsible for leading technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients — your role will involve showcasing the capabilities of our AI platform and how it can transform their supply chain operations. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor presentations that address their specific challenges.
You will also engage in discussions with technical stakeholders to ensure they understand the technical aspects of our solutions — your ability to translate technical jargon into business value will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
What we offer
Lyric offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary ranging from $155,000 to $185,000, plus a variable bonus based on performance. You will also have the opportunity to earn equity in the company, aligning your success with that of Lyric as we grow and innovate in the supply chain AI space.
