What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager at Madhive, you will own and drive retention and growth for your book of business — you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the ad-tech landscape. You will work closely with Media, Agency, and Brand clients to create and scale best-in-class, TV-first solutions that meet their unique needs. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
