You have 1-3 years of experience in a technical, operations, or growth role, ideally with exposure to tools like Clay. You are comfortable working with APIs and low-code platforms, and you have a knack for quick prototyping. Your data-driven mindset drives you to automate manual work relentlessly, and you possess strong communication skills that allow you to translate technical concepts for any audience. You are curious, organized, and always ready to tackle new challenges.
What you'll do
As a GTM Engineer at Maple, you will build and automate workflows for lead scoring, CRM hygiene, and custom signals. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify and solve bottlenecks that hinder growth. Keeping our data clean and our systems running smoothly will be a key part of your role. You will prototype, test, and roll out new tools and automations that enhance our go-to-market strategies and improve overall efficiency.
