Radar is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and run their revenue engine. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build reliable operating models. This role requires experience in revenue operations and a strong understanding of sales processes.

You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in scaling processes in growing companies. You enjoy building structure and have a knack for creating clear, reliable operating models that help teams execute consistently. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

You thrive in a high-performance culture and are comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Your analytical skills enable you to own the systems and processes that support how deals are sold, closed, and renewed. You understand the importance of forecasting and are committed to helping the company close revenue with confidence.

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools will help you excel in this role. You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative to improve existing processes and drive efficiency.

What you'll do

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a central role in how revenue is run at Radar. You will own the systems and processes that support the sales cycle, ensuring that all teams have the tools they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining reliable operating models, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Director of GTM Operations and provide insights that help shape the company's revenue strategy. Your role will involve regular communication with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to ensure alignment and drive execution. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to revenue processes, ensuring that all team members are informed and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
