Overview
Mark43 is seeking a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Architect to join their Customer Success team. You'll be responsible for the successful deployment and testing of CAD products and workflows. This role is remote and open to candidates in Canada, the UK, and various U.S. states.

You are an experienced architect specializing in Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) products and workflows. You have a strong understanding of the technologies that empower first responders and improve community safety. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with teams across different regions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with the CAD Delivery Lead and the Delivery Manager to ensure the successful deployment of CAD solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Your responsibilities will include testing and validating CAD workflows, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of CAD products by gathering user feedback and implementing necessary changes.
