Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel at identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex procurement processes and close large deals at the CxO level sets you apart. You are results-driven and thrive in a competitive environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its challenges.
You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to effectively present proposals and influence decision-makers. Your strategic mindset enables you to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of enterprise clients. You are proactive in developing your sales pipeline through various initiatives, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media. You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the manufacturing sector or with advanced materials and 3D printing technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and the ability to articulate the value of innovative solutions to potential clients will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
