What you'll do
As a Resource Planner at Marshmallow, you will play a crucial role in the Workforce Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts for contact volumes and workload. You will analyze historical data and business drivers to predict demand and plan resources effectively. Your expertise in capacity planning will enable you to build and maintain models that determine staffing requirements across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment between staffing levels and customer demand, optimizing efficiency while maintaining high service levels.
In this role, you will also be responsible for schedule optimization, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs. You will monitor performance metrics and adjust forecasts and staffing plans as necessary to respond to changing demands.
