What you'll do
As a Resource Planning Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the Professional Services team at Stripe. You will be responsible for managing resources effectively, ensuring that the right personnel are deployed to meet client needs. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business changes related to tooling, processes, and policies. You will facilitate incremental improvements in productivity, helping the Professional Services team deliver solutions that enhance Stripe's revenue.
You will work closely with implementation consultants and engineers, providing strategic and operational support across strategy, planning, operations, analytics, and insights.
