What you'll do
As a People Partner at Marshmallow, you will be embedded in the Operations organization, primarily partnering with senior leaders in Customer Operations. You will provide guidance on Hungarian employee relations matters and support local teams such as Claims and Engineering. Your role will involve helping leaders navigate growth and restructures while ensuring that the organization maintains a positive culture.
You will be responsible for addressing tricky people challenges, ensuring that decisions are made with both business goals and employee well-being in mind. Your expertise will be crucial in driving change and continuous improvement within the Operations team, which consists of around 200 people across Hungary and the UK. You will collaborate closely with leaders to implement effective strategies that enhance performance and foster a supportive work environment.
