What you'll do
As a People Partner at Trustly, you will play a pivotal role in driving the People and Culture strategy across our operations β you will work closely with managers to provide HR expertise and champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with operational organizational changes and maintaining employee records and HR systems.
You will ensure compliance with employee policies and support employees on various topics, acting as a trusted advisor to both management and staff. Your role will involve day-to-day HR activities, where you will leverage your skills to create a resilient and agile organization. You will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives, helping to unite and empower passionate people within the company.
