You have a proven track record in campaign strategy and ownership, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive customer growth. You excel at translating company growth priorities into actionable campaign plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to define clear objectives and success metrics is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey campaign progress and hurdles to relevant teams.

You are adept at customer targeting and use-case definition, partnering with various teams to identify high-propensity customer segments for Cloud add-on campaigns. You understand the importance of building persona-specific value propositions that resonate with IT, supply chain, and operations leaders, ensuring that campaigns are grounded in real customer pain points rather than theoretical scenarios.

Your expertise in messaging, positioning, and enablement allows you to collaborate effectively with Product Marketing to develop compelling campaign narratives and proof points. You work closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including email, in-app assets, and webinars. Your ability to equip sales and customer success teams with the right resources is crucial for driving campaign success.

You thrive in a cross-functional orchestration role, managing multiple contributors and ensuring that all aspects of the campaign are executed smoothly. Your project management skills enable you to define timelines and key dependencies, while your proactive approach helps you identify and communicate any hurdles that may impact progress.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment, particularly in cloud services or SaaS, is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools can enhance your ability to define success metrics and track campaign performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full end-to-end expansion campaign framework for selling Cloud add-on products to existing CIC Cloud customers. You will lead the development of clear, repeatable campaign plans that align with company growth priorities. Your responsibilities will include defining campaign objectives, success metrics, and timelines, while acting as the single point of accountability for campaign execution and outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-propensity customer segments and define expansion triggers based on usage patterns and customer needs. Your role will involve building persona-specific value propositions that address real customer pain points, ensuring that campaigns resonate with target audiences.

Collaboration with Product Marketing will be key as you develop campaign messaging and narratives. You will work with marketing teams to align positioning across various channels, ensuring that all materials support the campaign objectives. Additionally, you will partner with Sales Enablement and Solutions teams to deliver demos and technical validation assets, equipping sales and customer success managers with the necessary resources to engage customers effectively.

Your leadership will be essential in orchestrating cross-functional efforts, managing contributors from different departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. You will define key dependencies and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing any hurdles that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.
