You have a proven track record in managing onboarding programs, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment — your experience has equipped you with the ability to design effective training strategies that enhance employee performance and engagement. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, ensuring that every new hire feels supported and empowered from day one.

Your strong analytical skills allow you to assess the effectiveness of onboarding processes — you can leverage data to continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the organization and its employees. You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders to foster a collaborative onboarding culture.

What you'll do

As the Senior GTM Onboarding Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the global onboarding program for sales and customer-facing roles — your focus will be on creating a seamless experience that accelerates time-to-productivity for new hires. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales and Customer Success, to ensure that the onboarding content is relevant and impactful.

You will analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance the overall experience for new employees. Your role will involve facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other onboarding activities, ensuring that new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from new hires and stakeholders to refine the onboarding process continually. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will help shape the future of onboarding at Harvey, ensuring it aligns with the company's mission and values.
