What you'll do
As a Recruiter at Mercor, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will focus on hiring for critical roles across various organizations, particularly within operations. Your responsibilities will include partnering with General Managers to understand their hiring needs and developing strategies to attract high-performing operators. You will also be instrumental in laying the foundation for the future of recruiting at Mercor, ensuring that the talent acquisition process aligns with the company's ambitious growth goals. You will engage with candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
