Who you are

You have a strong background in sales management, particularly in the technology or retail sectors — you've successfully led teams and developed strategies that drive sales performance. Your experience includes working with third-party retail channels, where you've honed your skills in program execution and measurement.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can effectively liaise between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that sales programs align with brand objectives. Your ability to translate complex priorities into actionable plans is a key strength.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in evaluating the success of sales initiatives — you leverage analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program effectiveness. Your subject matter expertise in the wearables or AR/VR industry is a significant asset.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the staffing strategy for the North America Field Sales team, ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet sales goals. You will lead the deployment of sales and training programs, working closely with the Head of NA Field Sales and Training to align on objectives and strategies.

You will design and execute compelling sales and demo programs that reflect Meta's brand mission, collaborating with outside agency partners to bring these initiatives to life. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the staffing program, from coverage models to operations and reporting.

You will consult with internal partners, leveraging your industry expertise to inform strategic execution and drive future innovation. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how Meta engages with retail partners and customers in the fast-evolving AR/VR landscape.
