Your leadership will guide the governance of this architecture, ensuring it remains relevant and competitive.
You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the job architecture is not only effective but also embraced by employees. Your role will involve analyzing current job roles and responsibilities, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
