What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end strategy for Meta’s global Job Architecture, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and supports an AI-Native organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a job architecture that fosters agility and innovation, enabling teams to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Your leadership will guide the governance of this architecture, ensuring it remains relevant and competitive.

You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the job architecture is not only effective but also embraced by employees. Your role will involve analyzing current job roles and responsibilities, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

You will also be tasked with communicating the vision and benefits of the new job architecture to stakeholders at all levels, fostering buy-in and understanding throughout the organization.
