Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing agency partnerships, ideally within the digital advertising space — your ability to navigate complex agency organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels is a key strength. You possess in-depth knowledge of the Indian digital agency ecosystem and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Your experience with Meta and competitor products allows you to effectively communicate the value of Meta’s advertising solutions — you understand the nuances of both brand and performance marketing, enabling you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each agency partner. You are adept at building joint strategic plans and ensuring disciplined execution in-market, which has led to successful outcomes in your previous roles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a defined book of business, focusing on driving revenue growth through agency partnerships — you will lead cross-channel, cross-functional efforts across sales teams to maximize business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing high-impact opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

You will be accountable for overall business outcomes through the partner channel, leveraging your expertise to influence agency stakeholders from CXO leadership to technical heads of performance and product. Your role will involve regular communication with agency partners to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that drive adoption of Meta’s advertising products.

You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth — your insights will help shape the strategic direction of agency partnerships and inform future initiatives. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with agency partners and drive engagement with Meta’s solutions.
