What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for highly specialized technical roles at Meta. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' technical skills, and provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making. You will also manage the candidate experience, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive interaction with Meta. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
