You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in technical roles, and are adept at managing complex hiring processes from start to finish. Your operational excellence is complemented by strategic thinking, allowing you to design and execute effective hiring practices that align with organizational goals. Your ability to challenge assumptions and clarify hiring needs ensures that you can effectively identify and attract top technical talent. You are proactive in continuously identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and tools, demonstrating a deep sense of ownership over outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end technical hiring processes, focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience. You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines that align with business priorities. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will create hiring plans and job descriptions that reflect the complexity of roles and long-term team needs.

You will ensure that recruiting processes are efficient and effective, from intake to offer, while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role will involve optimizing processes and tools to enhance the overall hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will also be responsible for tracking metrics and analyzing data to inform your recruiting strategies, ensuring that VTEX continues to attract and retain the best technical talent in the market.
