You are detail-oriented and have a knack for documenting processes in a way that is easily scalable and understandable for others. You are comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, and Metabase, and you understand how to leverage these tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. You are proactive in seeking out new channels and signals to enhance the sales process, and you enjoy the challenge of turning insights into actionable playbooks.
Desirable
Experience with additional GTM tools and a background in data analysis would be beneficial. Familiarity with sales methodologies and a passion for experimentation will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As the Go To Market Engineer at Metabase, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by designing and implementing effective sales plays. You will not only execute pre-designed plays but also innovate and test new messaging and channels to reach potential customers. Your insights will directly influence how the team approaches outreach and engagement with prospects. You will be responsible for ensuring that our GTM tools, including Clay, Unify, CommonRoom, Salesforce, and Zapier, are effectively integrated and functioning optimally. This will involve troubleshooting issues and ensuring that data flows seamlessly between systems, allowing for accurate measurement of performance. You will document your processes and findings, creating scalable playbooks that can be utilized by the sales team to enhance their effectiveness. Your work will be pivotal in shaping how Metabase communicates with its audience and drives user acquisition.
