Snappr is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to scale account management for their largest clients in Metro Manila. You'll work with high-volume photography needs across various industries. This role requires strong account management skills and the ability to negotiate contracts.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level clients. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key, as you will be working with some of the biggest names in the marketplace, food delivery, automotive, eCommerce, and real estate industries. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Your organized and inquisitive nature allows you to perform under pressure, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
You possess excellent negotiation skills, which are crucial for renewing contracts and growing accounts. Your customer-obsessed mindset drives you to understand client needs deeply, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Snappr. You are data-informed and use insights to guide your decision-making process, ensuring that you are always aligned with client goals and expectations.
Desirable
Experience in online marketplaces or industries such as food delivery, automotive, or eCommerce is a bonus. Familiarity with high-volume photography needs will set you apart as a candidate. You are adaptable and open to embracing challenges, demonstrating a commitment to accountability and peak performance in your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage Snappr's relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring that their high-volume photography needs are met with exceptional service. You will be responsible for scaling account management efforts, which includes onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing ones. Your role will involve understanding client requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality visual content that meets their expectations.
You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for account growth, leveraging your negotiation skills to renew contracts and expand service offerings. Your ability to analyze data will help you make informed decisions that drive client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing and creative teams, to ensure that client projects are executed seamlessly.
