You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the banking, lending, fintech, or payments sectors β you've successfully identified and engaged new customers, driving business growth through strategic acquisition. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through as you navigate fast-paced environments, demonstrating ownership and initiative in your approach to challenges. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in product, compliance, and risk, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Middesk's solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings, valuing in-person interactions while also embracing flexibility in your work style. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development and understanding of business dynamics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and closing net-new customers who can benefit from Middeskβs innovative solutions. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your ability to develop acquisition strategies will be crucial in penetrating new accounts and expanding Middesk's presence in the market. Additionally, you will provide valuable market feedback to influence Middeskβs product roadmap, ensuring that the company continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance, allowing you to refine your approach and achieve your targets.
