You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You thrive in a hyper-growth environment and are motivated by the challenge of breaking into new markets. Your experience includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with the platform post-sale. You understand the importance of accurate forecasting and are proficient in using Salesforce to track sales activities and revenue. You are a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate Navan's value proposition to C-level executives and adapt your sales approach based on client needs.
Desirable
Experience in the travel or expense management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with consumption-based selling models. You are comfortable working collaboratively within a team, sharing learnings, and contributing to a culture of success. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and ensuring a successful implementation of Navanβs platform. You will be responsible for driving sales by creating and managing opportunities in your pipeline, aiming to close 2-4 deals per quarter. You will oversee all sales activities within your account list, ensuring accurate monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce. Your role will involve understanding Navanβs solutions and effectively communicating their value to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale, focusing on their ongoing success with the platform.
What we offer
Navan offers a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $192,000β$225,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the company's growth.
