You have a proven track record in business development, with experience in sourcing and closing partnerships that drive revenue growth. Your strong commercial acumen allows you to spot mutual value and quantify opportunity sizes effectively. You excel at building relationships from the ground up, navigating complex organizations, and structuring deals that deliver measurable results. You are energized by building in a fast-moving, evolving environment and are excited to define how partnerships contribute to Middesk’s growth story. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build trust externally while aligning internal stakeholders around shared goals.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Middesk, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new co-selling and referral partnerships with leading platforms across fintech and B2B SaaS. You will work end-to-end from prospecting and negotiation through to go-to-market execution. This high-impact, externally facing role requires you to shape how partnerships accelerate Middesk’s go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive successful partnership outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and identifying potential partners that align with Middesk’s strategic goals.
