Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience as an enterprise Sales Development Representative, and you're ready to take the next step into a more operational role. You understand the nuances of outbound sales and are skilled in executing strategic campaigns through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. Your organizational skills ensure that you maintain a clean and accurate pipeline, consistently hitting monthly meeting and opportunity targets.
As a HubSpot administrator, you are adept at managing CRM operations, ensuring that data is clean and workflows are optimized. You have a knack for building and optimizing sales automation processes, creating dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance. Your experience in lead qualification allows you to ensure smooth handoffs to Growth Leads, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
You are proactive in replenishing the pipeline through targeted research and conference lists, and you enjoy training team members on HubSpot best practices. Your ability to monitor and engage on social channels adds another layer to your skill set, allowing you to respond to inbound engagement effectively.
Desirable
Experience with real estate or sustainability sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales enablement tools beyond HubSpot. A strong understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and its challenges can help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute strategic outbound campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement. You will maintain an organized pipeline, ensuring that you consistently meet your monthly targets for meetings and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include high-quality lead qualification and ensuring seamless handoffs to Growth Leads, which is crucial for maintaining momentum in the sales process.
You will own the top-of-funnel follow-up, ensuring that outbound efforts are continuous and effective. Your role will also involve replenishing the pipeline through various methods, including targeted research and leveraging conference lists. As the HubSpot administrator, you will maintain clean and accurate data, build and optimize workflows, and create dashboards to track performance metrics.
Training team members on HubSpot best practices will be part of your responsibilities, as you help foster a culture of efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team. You will also engage with social media channels, responding to inbound engagement and posting relevant content to enhance brand visibility.

Cambio AI Inc. offers a competitive salary range of approximately $100,000-$110,000 OTE, along with equity options.
