What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and support the daily operations of the Customer Experience team, ensuring that workflows are efficient and effective. You will facilitate and document weekly team meetings, providing insights and guidance to enhance team performance. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying support tickets to ensure quality and addressing any issues that arise. You will play a key role in orchestrating a seamless customer journey, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. As you get up to speed with Milk Moovementβs operations, you will contribute to the overall success strategy of the company.
