Overview

Mindtickle is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development in Enterprise to build and sustain their Enterprise pipeline engine for the Americas. This role requires strong regional understanding of North American enterprise selling and leadership skills.

You understand the nuances of North American enterprise selling and can navigate the complexities of operating across different geographies. You are a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with sales teams to create predictable and high-quality outbound motions. Your leadership style emphasizes continuous growth and development for your team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the challenges of the market.

Desirable

Experience in revenue productivity platforms or sales onboarding and training products is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in enterprise sales and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and sustaining Mindtickle’s Enterprise pipeline engine for the Americas. You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team to develop strategies that drive high-quality outbound motions. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a predictable pipeline that meets the company’s revenue goals. You will also be tasked with fostering a culture of integrity and ownership within your team, ensuring that every member is aligned with the company’s mission and values. You will lead initiatives that promote continuous growth and development, both for yourself and your team. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and adjust strategies to ensure Mindtickle remains a leader in the revenue productivity space.
