Who you are

You have a strong background in consultative sales, particularly within the automotive sector, and understand the unique challenges manufacturers face in their digital transformation journeys. Your experience allows you to engage with clients at various stages of their data journey, from those just starting to collect data to those implementing advanced analytics solutions. You are skilled in building lasting customer relationships and leading value-based conversations that drive sales success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact in the Japanese market.

Desirable

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field. Familiarity with data analytics and manufacturing operations will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and positioning Minitab's solutions effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of clients in the automotive industry, focusing on selling Minitab's software solutions that standardize data collection across manufacturing operations. You will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and guide them through their data journey, ensuring they leverage Minitab's analytics capabilities for operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. You will also track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve your targets.
