Who you are

You are a driven and high-energy sales professional with a proven hunter mentality — you thrive on opening doors and building pipelines from scratch. With experience in consultative sales, you understand the complexities of engaging with senior stakeholders in the manufacturing industry and positioning solutions effectively. You are proactive and self-starting, motivated by closing deals and achieving targets.

You have a strong understanding of the mid-market segment and are skilled at executing sales strategies that drive new business growth. Your ability to identify, qualify, and close net-new customer opportunities sets you apart. You are comfortable leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute a new business sales strategy for the mid-market segment across the Chinese market. You will proactively prospect and engage senior stakeholders within manufacturing organizations, understanding their business challenges and positioning Minitab as a strategic solution. You will lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.

You will build and manage a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. Collaborating closely with internal pre-sales, marketing, and services teams, you will work in a virtual team-selling environment to maximize your impact. Additionally, you will gather and share competitive and market intelligence to continuously sharpen your positioning within the territory. Representing Minitab at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements across the region will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
