Minitab is hiring a Mid-Market Manager to lead strategic account growth initiatives in Paris. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving new business and expansion opportunities. This role requires native-level French and professional-level English proficiency.

Who you are
You are a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in account management and growth. You possess native-level French language skills and professional-level English proficiency, enabling you to confidently engage with customers and internal stakeholders across the region and globally. You thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining a strong sense of autonomy and accountability for your territory.
You have experience developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize account penetration through upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewals. Building strong, referenceable customer relationships across executive, technical, and business stakeholders is second nature to you. You maintain deep knowledge of your customersβ business priorities, competitive landscape, buying processes, and growth drivers.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving both new business and expansion opportunities. You will operate within a collaborative, virtual account team environment while maintaining a strong sense of autonomy and accountability for your territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize account penetration through upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewals. You will build strong relationships with customers and maintain deep knowledge of their business priorities and competitive landscape.
You will engage with customers throughout their journey, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will blend strategic account management with proactive opportunity development, requiring strong qualification, positioning, negotiation, and closing skills. Travel for customer meetings will be required, allowing you to strengthen long-term relationships and drive growth in your territory.
