Minitab is hiring a Senior Account Executive for Enterprise SaaS Sales to engage with senior leaders in quality and operations. Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS sector, and understand the complexities of engaging with senior leaders in quality and operations. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build long-term partnerships that drive measurable operational outcomes. You are familiar with the manufacturing industry and have a strong grasp of how data collection and analysis can enhance operational efficiency.

You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and can articulate the value of software solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring that all parties understand the benefits of the solutions you offer. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to influence decision-making at the highest levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with senior quality, operations, and digital transformation leaders to drive initiatives that reduce enterprise-wide variation and accelerate continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building multi-year, multi-site partnerships that are rooted in measurable operational outcomes. Your efforts will contribute to Minitab's mission of providing a single, trusted foundation for operational data across global manufacturing operations.

You will leverage Minitab's extensive portfolio, which supports organizations at every stage of maturity, from foundational data collection to advanced solutions like statistical process control and process digital twins. Your role will involve not just selling software licenses but fostering relationships that lead to long-term success for both Minitab and its clients.
