Minitab is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage enterprise accounts and drive sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for developing relationships and executing account plans. This role requires experience in enterprise SaaS sales.

Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, possessing the ability to engage with prospects and customers effectively. You thrive in a virtual team-selling environment and are skilled at building and maintaining relationships that lead to successful outcomes for both the customer and Minitab. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to uncover unique business problems and develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
You have a proven track record of driving new business opportunities, including new logo acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and referenceability, and you are committed to increasing annual recurring revenue through strategic account management. Your experience allows you to navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value of Minitab's innovative cloud products.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of your assigned enterprise accounts and territory, leading the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities. You will develop and execute comprehensive account and opportunity plans that drive both new business and renewal revenue through software product licenses and service offerings. You will be the primary point of contact for your customers, facilitating successful relationships that are measured by customer satisfaction and referenceability.
You will leverage Minitab's extensive customer base and innovative product offerings to engage prospects and discuss how our solutions can benefit their business. You will participate in a sales enablement program designed to support your short and long-term success, ensuring you have the tools and resources needed to excel in your role. You will work independently while collaborating with a virtual account team, allowing you to lead your own franchise within your territory and own the entire book of business.
