Overview

Minitab is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager for Manufacturing Operations to grow their Prolink partner ecosystem. You'll focus on channel development and revenue growth in the manufacturing technology markets. This role requires 5+ years of channel business development experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of channel business development experience, particularly in precision metrology, inspection systems, and manufacturing data collection. Your background includes managing partners and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. You understand the nuances of the manufacturing technology markets and have a proven track record of building and scaling partner networks.

You are skilled in creating and executing regional partner business plans that align with a company's global go-to-market strategy. Your experience includes collaborating closely with sales and services teams to drive co-selling opportunities and pipeline development. You thrive in a strategic role that emphasizes relationship building and partner enablement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will recruit, develop, and manage Prolink partners, focusing on precision metrology and inspection dealers, system integrators, and manufacturing data collection consultants. You will create and execute regional partner business plans that align with Minitab's overall strategy, driving both recurring and new revenue through effective co-selling and pipeline development.

You will support renewals and new business pursuits while delivering partner enablement programs that empower your partners to succeed. Collaboration with direct sales and services teams will be key to your success, as you work to align partner strategies with Minitab's objectives. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Minitab's connected manufacturing platform and ensuring that partners are equipped to drive consistent improvement and confident decision-making in their operations.
