What you'll do

As a Wedding Concierge at Minted, you will provide virtual consultations to wedding customers, offering them a personalized tour of Minted's products and services. You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their journey, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. Your role will involve actively listening to customers' needs and preferences, guiding them in selecting the perfect wedding stationery. You will utilize your relationship-building skills to foster trust and rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and valued. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Programs, collaborating to enhance the overall customer journey. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential as you manage multiple consultations and customer interactions. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. Your passion for weddings and commitment to exceptional service will drive your success in this role.
