Who you are
You have experience in client support or customer success, ideally within a market intelligence or research environment. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at building relationships with clients across various sectors. You are proactive in addressing client needs and can manage multiple requests efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative team setting and are eager to contribute to a culture of excellence in client service. You understand the importance of data analysis and can assist clients in navigating complex information to derive actionable insights. You are comfortable working across different time zones, particularly supporting clients in APAC and EMEA regions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing both reactive and proactive support to Mintel's diverse client base. You will field data analysis requests and assist clients in utilizing Mintel's research tools effectively. Collaborating closely with the Commercial team, you will ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Mintel's offerings. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement and satisfaction. Your role will also involve administrative tasks related to client management, ensuring that all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices in client success and support initiatives that drive client retention and growth.
