Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in client support or customer success, ideally within a market intelligence or research environment. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at building relationships with clients across various sectors. Your analytical mindset allows you to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. You thrive in a collaborative team setting and are comfortable working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support.
Desirable
Experience in market research or intelligence is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis tools. A background in a client-facing role where you have successfully managed client relationships will set you apart. You are adaptable and can work across different time zones, particularly focusing on APAC hours.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to ad-hoc client requests and providing insights that help clients make informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial team to understand client needs and ensure that they are met promptly. Your role will involve fielding data analysis requests, assisting with administrative tasks related to client management, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices in client support and share insights with your team to improve overall service delivery.
