You have experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Zoom — these platforms are second nature to you, enabling you to streamline communication and project management. Your ability to coordinate meetings across various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and investors, showcases your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

You are excited about taking on increasing ownership over time — as you grow in this role, you look forward to managing small projects end-to-end, from travel arrangements to event planning. Your adaptability and willingness to learn will help you navigate the challenges of a startup environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide direct support to the founders, managing their calendars and scheduling priorities — your organizational skills will be crucial in coordinating meetings and ensuring that all necessary agendas and follow-ups are prepared. You will act as a trusted right hand, anticipating needs and staying several steps ahead to facilitate smooth operations.

You will support day-to-day operational tasks and logistics, ensuring that the company runs efficiently — this includes owning small projects from start to finish, such as travel arrangements and onboarding processes. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, helping to foster a high-energy, in-person culture within the beautiful San Francisco office — your role will be pivotal in maintaining the operational flow and supporting the company's mission of accelerating scientific breakthroughs.
