You have a proven track record in account management or sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or analytics environment. Your strategic mindset allows you to build and execute comprehensive territory plans that align with customer needs and business objectives. You excel in managing relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the solutions you provide. Your ability to balance high-velocity acquisition with deep account expansion sets you apart as a strategic seller. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and possess strong negotiation skills that lead to successful outcomes. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach to client engagement.
Desirable
Experience working with analytics platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with the MEA+T region and its market dynamics will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in digital transformation initiatives will help you align Mixpanel’s offerings with client needs effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across a portfolio of Scale-up accounts in the MEA+T region. You will build and execute a comprehensive territory strategy that aligns Mixpanel’s value proposition with the specific digital transformation needs of your clients. Your focus will be on account expansion, identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and ensuring clients extract maximum value from Mixpanel’s analytics platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Regularly engaging with clients, you will provide insights and recommendations based on their usage of Mixpanel, helping them to leverage the platform effectively. You will also track performance metrics and report on account health, ensuring proactive management of client relationships. Your role will involve strategic planning, execution of sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
