Mixpanel is hiring a Senior Account Manager to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth. You'll work closely with customers across the UK and select markets in France, Benelux, and Nordics. This role requires strong account management skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally within the tech or analytics sector — you've successfully managed client relationships and driven customer success initiatives that resulted in increased revenue and retention. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

You possess a deep understanding of analytics platforms and how they can drive business value — you are adept at translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for clients. Your ability to foster relationships and build trust with customers is a key part of your success in this role.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales — you understand the importance of teamwork in achieving common goals. Your proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities within your accounts sets you apart as a strategic partner for your clients.

Desirable

Experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools is a plus — you are familiar with how data-driven decision-making can enhance customer engagement and product development. A background in SaaS or technology sales would also be beneficial, as it equips you with the knowledge to navigate the challenges faced by your clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Mixpanel, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across the UK and select markets in France, Benelux, and Nordics — your primary goal will be to drive customer success and ensure that clients derive maximum value from Mixpanel's analytics platform. You will lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success from day one.

You will regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives — your role will involve conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess how well clients are utilizing the platform and identifying areas for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention — your insights will help shape the direction of customer initiatives and drive adoption of Mixpanel's features. Additionally, you will work with the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within your accounts.
