What you'll do

As a Procurement Counsel at Mixpanel, you will report to the Sr. Corporate Counsel and play a pivotal role in overseeing and negotiating key deals that drive the company's success. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that procurement strategies align with overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal guidance on procurement-related matters.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance. Your expertise will help mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring that the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
